Block Lecture 2019 (Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lukas)

During 18-22 February 2019, International College has invited Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Lukas, Head of the Institute for Management and Economics, Hochschule Bremerhaven – University of Applied Sciences, Germany to give the block lecture for 3rd year students which is a part of “Managing People across Cultures” subject.
From this teaching, our students will learn about:

• Concepts of internationalization of companies
• Personal development and managerial control in international company structures
• Salaries from an international perspective: labor economics and remuneration of international staff
• International cooperation and international teams
• Organizational and individual behavior in different international contexts
