Block Lecture 2019: Human Resource Management

Visiting Professor: Human Resource Management
‘Human’ is the most valuable resource of any organization. As the world is moving forward in the age of globalization, the practice of Human Resource Management is no longer a simple desk job dealing with employee issues, instead, it has evolved into a vital strategic partner that lead to company’s long-term success.

At the International College of KMUTNB, we see our students as future contributors to world economy, and to widen their understanding of HRM practice at international level, we invited Prof. Dr. Birgit Vock-Wannewitz, of Hochschule Bremerhaven – University of Applied Sciences, Germany to give lecture and workshop on HRM to our students, between October 28 – November 1, 2019. Prof. Vock-Wannewitz is a seasoned HR practitioner with expertise in Talent Management (Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition & Retention, and Employee Engagement), Change Management, and Coaching. She’s also a co-founder of IPSUM GbR, a Talent and Business Development service.
