As part of International College’s ongoing commitment to expose our students to the professional environment,  AjeThai’s representatives, Mr. Juan Pablo and Mr. Thanan, visited the faculty on Wednesday 28th August 2024. Their visit was facilitated by the Peruvian Embassy in Bangkok whom the IC contacted as part of its Embassy Talk Series. 

Mr. Juan and Mr. Thanan provided the students an interesting hour of information, ideas and concepts that are relevant in growing and conducting business internationally. The students were exposed to concepts that were taught in class in a practical manner. Sustainability, quality and innovation were three of the main themes presented. One example of transferring ideas given was how AjeThai was able to transform from beverage producing to including detergents in their portfolio. Because the technology and tools were similar AjeThai was able to bridge the seemingly gap between the two products. IC’s goal of developing students with international thinking is ongoing with several talks, visits, and field trips occurring yearly. The College and students are very thankful for AjeThai’s visit and look forward to more interaction with the professional environment.
