CommTECH Highlight Camp 2017
@Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)* Surabaya**, Indonesia
Period: 12th – 25th July 2017
CommTECH Highlight is designed for university students, academics, and professionals from all over the world to learn about community and global issues through a variety of insightful but fun activities. The program includes courses, visit and discussion with government and non-government agencies, society engagement, Indonesian language course, learning traditional music and dances, visit to main tourist destinations, and for sure tasting delicious Indonesian food.

Fee: $1600
Scholarship for International College of KMUTNB
1 Full scholarship (100% covered by the scholarship, except plane ticket, personal expense, travel insurance)
1 50% scholarship (Pay the fee $800 and pay for plane ticket, personal expense, travel insurance)
1 Partial scholarship (Pay the fee $1000 and pay for plane ticket, personal expense, travel insurance)
Fees & Scholarship Covers: Accommodation in Hotel, scheduled meals, tuition fee, workshop materials, airport pick up & drop off services, local transportation, trip to Mount Bromo, and river rafting
Scholarship does not include : Round trip airfare, personal expense, travel insurance
Eligibility for Scholarship
- Being Full-Time Students at the International College of King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok
- All year are welcomed to apply for the scholarship
- GPAX 2.75
- Good English proficiency
- Currently not being funded by any scholarship by government agencies
- KMUTNB or International College
- Has received parent’s approval
- Has interest in social and environmental issues.
:: Note::
*ITS is an Indonesian public university located in Surabaya. It has a well-known reputation as Asian leading research university. Former student includes Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Indonesia’s president between 2004-2014. The International College of KMUTNB has a close collaboration with ITS. Our course “Land Transportation Management” is taught by Prof.Dr. Nyoman Pujawan who has been invited as guest lecturer since the beginning of this course in 2016. *
